You can bypass Phoenix all together if you take the 303south from the 60
When you get to I10 go west to rte 85 and head south to the 8 and then go east to I10 again and take that east to Tucson and beyond
We were in Tombstone last December.I don't remember the name of the rv park we stayed at. If I do I'll post again. We spent a week driving all over the SE of AZ and went to Kartchner caverns as well Lots of ghost towns and history down there
We stayed at the Tombstone RV park and resort
We were very happy with it

RE: Sahuarita (Tucson) to Snowflake, AZ
Lauren, Take the 10 to the 202 to the 101 and get off on the north side of 202
take Country Club exit and turn left on Country Club/Rte 87
Stay on 87 to Payson and turn right onto 260 head east to Snowflake
I would not take a big trailer through the Salt River Canyon

The Wild Horse Pass casino south of Phoenix has an area in the parking lot where you can boondock

Just like any other chore The more you do it the better and faster you get it done. Like others have said I do the outside stuff and the DW does the inside stuff. From experienc I learned to do the sewer hookup first because DW would always open the bedroom slide first which is right over the sewer hookups
I'd say 15 minutes tops before I'm sitting with my favorite beverage in my favorite chair with my favorite girl

I don't remember the name of the book but I have read here that you can find it in a truck stop that sells books Probably a Flying J or Pilot or Loves

I have had the Pressure Pro for almost a year now and I love it
After experiencing three blow outs without knowing until someone would pass me and point at the trailer The Pressure Pro has taken that worry off my mind when towing It is well worth the cost I used the velcro straps that came with the unit to mount it to the dash board I did not buy the extension antenna because I thought it would be better to try it out first and then if I needed it I could get it. I don't need it

Well I guess I will be the odd ball here. We loaned our 5er to my SIL and her husband for four months after they sold their house waiting on the new one.
I got the trailer back in excellant condition and a new Television in the bedroom to boot
I like the majority of my inlaws (wife is from a family of 12 kids)
There aren't many I wouldn't do this for ( I hope they never ask)
